Hello everybody
my name is Christoph Tönnis and i recently moved to Valencia. I am German and my Spanish is rather rudimentary for now :-[, but i keep learning. I am in Valencia for a research Grant from the Universidad de Valencia (so i am trying to obtain my pHD(doctorado) here, btw. i am a Physicist). I play 40k, Warmahordes and Infinity(or rather: i have Infinity miniatures, but i just played the game once or twice). If anybody is interested in playing one of the above mentioned Systems with me one can reach me preferably via mail (correo electronico this is). My e-mail-adress is christoph.toennis@gmx.de (or ctoennis@ific.uv.es, which is my office-e-Mail-adress).
Nice too meet you,
Christoph

Welcome to La Armada! If you want to give Infinity a try, you should check Camelot. Here´s a link (http://goo.gl/maps/I7cWR). Othe popular games there are DBA and Flames of War. Have fun!

Welcome
the 7th of july there'll be a infinity tournament in camelot, you're welcome if you want to see and check the game.

Welcome aboard!
Some friends stated recently they wanted to try the original WH40k rules (the rogue trader edition). Don't know if you could be interested, too.
BTW, from which part of Germany do you come from?

Welcome! We'll try to make you comfortable, it's great having people from other countries over here :). Don't hesitate asking any translation or whatever.

+1.
I'll be in your situation in the near future because i'm moving to the UK in a couple of months.
So, Chris, feel free to ask whatever you want and be welcome!

Dammit, I'm writing on my phone and I've just noticed I've written 'ober', aaargh! :-[ Shame on me. I'm editing my post :doh

Hi there! You've come to the right place, here you'll be able not only to get in touch with many a gamer, but also practice (and with a little luck, improving ;)) your spanish, so step inside, make yourself comfortable, we'll help you in any way we can.
Willkommen in La Armada :D

Thanks for the numerous Answers!
@Yuber Okami:
i am not familiar with the Rouge Trader Version, but i always like to play something new. To your other Question: i have been born in Aachen, raised in a small village called Buldern (that is in the surrounding Area of Münster in the center of Nordrhein Westfalen or Rhenaria du norte Westfalia) and i studied Physics in Erlangen, which is near Nürnberg in Bavaria (the people there rather refer to themselves as "Franken", because the are less in this Lederhosen-Buisness and have a far less atrotious accent then the people from south Bavaria ;D).
@ Anguirel:
I think i am going to check that turnament out.

You're welcome, and if I don't have to play the tournament, we can play an introduction game if you want.

Welcome to Valencia!

Hallo Christoph,
